Next step in life – next step in style

These past days have been a blur. I have prepared the meeting with my professor about my master thesis. Today, I finally got the go on my topic and will be able to write my thesis about blogs!! In the next months, I will read blogs and research about them all for my thesis. No more guilty conscience about too much time spent on bloglovin! The last step of my studies is starting and I can already smell the freedom afterwards :)

My high mood and the thought of my next step in life encouraged me to try a new look. For months, I have been eying the maxi skirt style. As I am so tall, finding a floor length skirt is almost impossible. When I cleaned out my closet for spring over the weekend, I recovered my maxi dress that I have bought two years ago. The dress is slightly too short, so I was all but thinking of giving it to goodwill. When I slid it off, I left it sitting on my hips for a minute and suddenly thought that it would make a great skirt. I was inspired by this outfit that I had seen Jessica of What I Wore wearing in the fall. How do you like my take on the leather jacket and maxi skirt combo?

Das Kleid ist echt hübsch... Lindex hat sich aus D zurückgezogen, oder? Die hatten immer schöne Sachen... und vor allem lange Hosen! :(
