We do live in a small apartment, but we've got a nice and sunny balcony. It's almost too sunny really and everything that we plant there grows, extremely! Last year we had a 3m sunflower and tomatoes, this year we've got tons of tomatoes and peppers, lavender, succulents and sunflowers.

Sadly the strawberries didn't work and we had to give them away.
Finally in August ... when I came back from China, it all started to pay off. Mr.B had taken care of my tomatoes and peppers really well. The sunflowers were in full bloom and since then, I have been harvesting non-stop. There are still tomatoes on my plants and I have been eating maybe 10kg since August (Mr.B doesn't like tomatoes, so it's all for me!!).
Been harvesting one of those bowls every other day.
My balcony - it's not a garden, but my pride and joy!!

I think a small living space is just fine as long as you do have a wonderful outdoor space such as your balcony. It looks fabulous!
Thank you for your sweet comment. I can only agree with you. Who needs tons of squaremetres?! Only gives you more space that needs to be cleaned :) A good garden or balcony is priceless though! How about you. Have you got a garden or terrace?
