This year we are going to celebrate New Years Eve with friends at their house and are going to do things a little differently. I want to look fancy for the occasion and this is one option for the evening. I thrifted the dress and was lucky to find this headband and matching belt online (hunted it down after seeing Lu wearing this look)! A perfect combination!
