Lucky Tuesday

Today is a special day and that for various reasons.

First of all, I have managed to pass my final exam and never have to take one again in my whole study time (it’s about time, really!). I was nervous as hell, but the professor was nice and I walked out of the room with a good grade and the best feeling ever. Afterwards I felt really twinkle-toed and almost skipped home :) Even the sun felt the need to come out from behind the clouds. My next steps will be to really put effort in my thesis  :)

The second thing that makes today a special day, is “The Classic Blazer” hosted by Everybody, Everywear. The task is to style your blazer for work or any other occasion and look fabulous in this staple that should have a spot in everybody’s closet. Thanks to the reminder by the girls of Everybody, Everywear, I put a blazer in my 30 for 30 picks. As my exam was this morning, a blazer was the perfect piece to remix into my wardrobe for Day 7 so that I would be well-dressed for the test.

To celebrate my achievement, I later met up with my flatmate and we strolled around the city centre with a Soy Chai Latte. She also went bargain hunting and bought the same blazer as I was wearing today (I bought it already a couple of weeks ago, but for the same price). We also picked up my smartphone from the repair and I can finally start blogging also when I’m on the run!
