Autumn salad and antipasti

I love to cook and these past weeks, I tried out a lot of new recipes. We had great meat and pumpkin recipes, but sometimes a salad and some antipasti are all it takes to make our evening complete. We tried the autumn salad by Frl. Klein and added some dates wrapped with serrano ham, some cream cheese filled peppers, olives and feta cheese. Perfect dinner!
