Today was my first full day in Helsinki. I am currently staying at my friends J. and J's. place and they took me to the Helsinki Hietalahti Flea market, one of the bigger outdoor flea markets that are open every Sunday during summer. I was really lucky, even though we arrived late and a lot of the stands were packing up already. That was my luck as well, as they wanted to get rid of their things and I got really got bargains!
And finally, we took some funny hat pictures in Stockmann's, the biggest department store in the country.
This is what I wore during the day.
What I wore
Dress: Bon Prix
Shirt & Bag: H&M
Scarf: Pashmiina; gift from my parents
Ring: Bijou Brigitte
Shades: C&A

Oh I adore that second hat! That's the kind of thing I would buy on a whim and then never ever have the chance to wear.
I so wish I was at that flea market! I love the fun hats you could princess kate in them :)
it looks like so much better weather in Finland than down here :-P Wow!! Enjoy your days up there!! :)
yeah, it'd such a cute hat. Really thought about buying it actually, but not the pink one, maybe in red or black. The occasion part is an issue, but I believe every day is worth dressing up for!
yeah, had to think of the wedding in Britain when I tried them on! The flea market definitely was awesome!!
