What do you wear when Summer is suddenly back in business? Somehow I needed some help with that and got some inspiration for this outfit from Emerald of Sunday Crossbow. I wanted to wear something classic, but with a little twist. It was quite a challenge to hide that dress under the skirt and it was definitely too hot for this weather. I still liked it A LOT!
Am so glad that I can finally wear Ballerina flats again. The toe is fine without taping it now, but I might just stay away from heels for another week or so.

I took part in a giveaway over at Meghan's Blog a couple of weeks ago and won this beautiful necklace by JessLC.
It's the "Silver Lining Necklace" that is supposed to remind the owner of the silver lining on the horizon, even when all seems sad and not working out. The necklace is also part of a collection that supports a good cause! It definitely braught me luck, as I wore it yesterday when I landed my new part-time job!
