Extreme Awesomeness

Today is my first day off of work this week, meaning my first full day for my thesis. 

I still needed to run some errands and wore this cute little combo for that. Finally managed to wear heels again and for the first time used my new thrifted basket bag that has handmade fashionistas stitched on!

Another week and finally another round of Awkward and Awesome Thursday!

Awkward

• when your hairdryer explodes with fire coming out at the end that connects the machine and the cable - luckily nothing got burned, especially not my hair! but what do you do with the smell and rhe hot broken machine when you need to go to work?!
• Mr.B. moved into town, but we see each other less now than we did when he lived 40km away. Now he is going back to school and needs to study hard
• figuring out that you need to hand in your thesis four days earlier than thought - luckily found it out prior to the date (seven weeks left! pheeew!)
• The weather changes in the last week - 20, 30, 35, 12, 18, 20, 25 - one week in temperatures. No wonder I had constant headaches for several days :(

Awesome

• scoring a part-time job that will work my budget issues and already getting your first paycheck after two weeks!
• my new cape that I found online - it arrived today and I am in love. Fall, here I come! Now the only issue is the temperature out there!
• the cute red bike that I borrowed from my mom - can't wait to go on bike rides with Mr.B. on the weekends
• my sister starting her vocational training and loving it - Congrats little J., you will be the best nurse out there!!
• my flatmate S. moving back into our apartment tomorrow after she did an internship in another city - welcome back, girl!!
