Winter is so dark. So what can you do to freshen it up a bit? Now that the snow is gone again (I am missing it) and it has warmed up a bit, sandy colors are perfect for a nice winter outfit. I wanted to use the higher degrees (at least they are not below zero anymore) and wore a skirt once again. Don't be fooled though, this is a really snuggly warm woolen skirt and I added tights, extra socks and thermo underwear to the outfit. Together with my riding boots, this made a nice look for running some errands and doing some shopping.
What I wore
Skirt & Necklace: Heirloom by Grandma
Shirt: Gina Tricot
Cardigan: Bon Prix
Tights: Esda
Riding Boots: Deichmann
Belt: H&M
Ring: I am

I don't know how you brave all of that cold but I love this look. I think that those heavy woolen layers must be the secret. The skirt is a great shape and that cardigan is the perfect compliment.
well you've got this layering thing down! Sounds like you were warm and toasty but you still manage to look wicked cute without a lot of bulk. A+ job :)

Oh, I like the cream. I always want to do bright, bright, bright for winter, but the cream makes sense. Especially against that lovely sky.
I love how you belted the sweater!

thx a lot Amber! I love layering, I have to say. It's much easier than the heat in the summer. I guess I am much more of a winter person :)
