Nautical summer

I adore pin up and 50's fashion and this little dress works well with the current heat. I wore this look for a day with Mr.B. We went for some icecream and a little shopping spree.

The dress is super comfortable, but just a little short. Therefore, I decided to add the short leggins to make it less dangerous for wind blows. I just now saw on the pictures that it would have needed quick ironing, but I forgot.

What I wore

Dress: H&M
Cardigan: Gina Tricot
Leggings & Ring: C&A
Shoes: Deichmann
Belt: from another dress
Earrings & Necklace: gift from mom

The necklace and earrings have been a gift by my mom. Love them and they make this nautical 50s look complete!

Oh, and there is this little peekaboo hole under the ribbon.

I am linking up to Monday Bloom and Visible Monday. Happy Monday!

This is a wonderful summer dress, Anja - you look so lovely and the red accents are just the touch. Thanks for sharing with Visible Monday!

Just what I've been thinking about today, and messing around my closet for ... dresses to go over pants ... easier than I though it was going to be! Nice tutorial you present here, on how to do it. So pretty.
You have lovely hands ... and you look wonderful in your rings. I'm a ring collector, too, but no longer have pretty hands to show them off!
